Ah, OK. @QFSupport would be the one to sort this then as I assume the defaults are still set for username changes which means users will be unable to change their own names.

Creating Invoice Templates
One way I can think of to do this is to create a placeholder invoice setup as required. Then all you need to do is hit the copy button to clone it, assign to a different client and customise.
