I have been chasing the accounts team for my year end accounts and tax return for the last three months and am still yet to receive them. I am really unhappy with the service I am being offered when Quickfile invoiced me and received payment for this service in March of this year. My emails go for over a week without being opened sometimes and the amendments I requested in August are yet to be completed and returned to me. I am now approaching my filing deadline and am feeling increasingly frustrated.
