Uploaded receipt tagging

Hi.
I only use Quickfile for very basic functions and I'm no genius where accounts are concerned but I've been trying to tag some receipts I've uploaded the same way I always have but they are no longer matching up to transactions in my uploaded bank statements. In the drop down Payment information box "Debit Card" appears to be missing. Could someone please help as I'm ready to pull my hair out.
