Won't let me login

Hi I have tried logging in today and it says it doesn't recognise my email address. Nothing has changed I have tried resetting my password etc but nothing will let me login in to the dashboard. It's like we have been hacked! Can anyone help? I need to access an invoice asap and can't get in to see it
